With FuelPlus Support Services, you keep your FuelPlus solution up-to-date, resolve problems quickly, and provide functional support for your users.
The support area includes:
Incident Management: Provides 24x7 access to the FuelPlus incident database where you can submit new incidents, update previously submitted ones, and check the current status. By using Incident Management, you can also submit feature requests for future releases of FuelPlus.
Customer Area: FuelPlus product documentation, releases, and tools are available for download on the FuelPlus InfoShare server.
